Placing Your Auto Glass Repair or Replacement Order or Claim

To begin an order with us, the best route is to go directly through our company. Simply call one of our local office phone numbers and our courteous staff will be happy to assist you.

If your windshield replacement or repair order is self-pay, we will then process the order and set up a date and time to come to you for replacement.

If you will be placing an insurance claim to pay for your windshield replacement or repair order, we will set up a conference call with your agent or company and place the order.

When you place your call, there are a few items you will need to have on hand for us to process your order faster. This includes:

  • The year, make and model of your vehicle
  • Your address, name and phone number
  • A description of how and when your auto glasswas damaged
  • If you will be using your insurance company to place a claim, we will need your Insurance company name, and the policy number located on your insurance card

Our company is approved to file a claim for auto glass with any insurance company. You have the right to choose the auto glass company you prefer, the best option is to always call our office directly, as your agent or company may use a 800 claims number. If you speak to your agent or insurance company, tell them you would like to use Auto Glass Warehouse to service your windshield replacement or repair claim.
